Tax Approval Journey

Tax Approval Journey

When your Tax Agent has prepared your tax return and would like for you to review it, you will be notified by email.

To review your tax return

  1. Select the Tax Submission section from your dashboard

  2. Select the tax year you need to review

  3. Select the SA100 tax submission page

You can see your tax calculation for your tax return as it currently stands and then review the contents of your tax return by scrolling down the page or select show more and then download tax return to download a copy to review in your own time.

Once you have reviewed your tax return and are happy with the contents and don't require any amendments then you can approve your return by reading and selecting the declaration and then Approve Return. Your tax agent will be notified that you have approved your return.

If you see something that is incorrect or missing from your tax return you need to send your return back to be reviewed by selecting reject return and then continue. Your tax agent will be notified of the rejection but you should make contact with them to discuss the reasons. The approval process can be repeated once your tax agent makes any amendments and sends the tax return back to you for approval.
